We got tired of the tools, so we built our own.

Bolt Badger wasn't dreamed up in a boardroom. It was built inside a working service shop in San Diego, because nothing on the market fit how a busy lube-and-service bay actually runs — and the old systems were slow, clunky, and always trying to lock the data away.

Every feature earned its place on a real counter, on a real busy Saturday, with real customers waiting. That's the difference: this is shop software written by the people standing behind the counter, not for them.
